ADOR Executive “Cancels” His Apology Over Workplace Harassment Row

The alleged former ADOR employee who faced sexual harassment at the company and publicly called out CEO Min Hee Jin over her handling of the issue, recently took to social media to share that Executive “A” has retracted their apology.
A few days ago, the victim, “B,” had shared that Executive “A” had reached out to her through a “long KakaoTalk message” to apologize to them for the incident. But on August 17, KST, “B” posted a message saying “A” had sent them another long message, claiming their apology was being misused.
Executive A sent me a lengthy 2000-character Kakaotalk message to me this morning, claiming that his apology was being misused and canceled his extensive acknowledgement and apology.

“B” also stated that Executive “A” claimed that the workplace harassment report itself was “too extreme” of a harassment to him. Despite this accusation, “B” has no plans to back down from this fight.
Regarding this workplace harassment report, Executive ‘A’ said, ‘This itself is harassment and too extreme,’ which confused me about whether I am the perpetrator. But since he canceled the apology, I will also actively take the necessary actions.

The victim also mentioned the errors made in reporting their case by the media, emphasizing the efforts they made to correct them earnestly. “B” mentioned that they had requested and sucessfully gotten a media outlet to change its article phrasing that had misquoted them. In addition, articles that were taken from their interview where they didn’t take part directly, are expected to be revised by this week as well. Despite the mistakes being on the part of the media, “B” said they apologized to Executive “A” for them.
Meanwhile, the victim was also allegedly bombarded by 77 KakaoTalk messages by ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin over the sexual harassment issue. She also issued a long rebuttal statement through her social media. You can read about it here.
