Shin Min Ah Shares Her Secret To Never Actually Swearing At Anyone

Actress Shin Min Ah, often noted for her graceful personality, recently revealed the unique method she uses to de-stress herself. The topic came up during Shin Min Ah’s appearance in the latest episode of the YouTube talk show Salon Drip 2. She joined the show as a special guest on August 20 to promote her upcoming K-Drama, No Gain No Love

Talking about her character, Son Hae Young, Shin explained that she was a calculative woman who arranged a fake wedding with a neighborhood convenience store worker to avoid losing out on a job promotion. The actress showed her admiration for her character, describing her as a “tough type of person,” adding that “She’s the kind of person you’d wish you had around as an older sister.”

According to the actress, her character never shies away from using expletives in her daily life. When the MC asked if Shin Min Ah differed from this character in real life when it came to venting her anger, she responded that they did. “I use ‘numerical insults,’” she answered, explaining her way of de-stressing, making the room break into a laugh.

“Numerical insults” refer to certain numerical combinations that sound like curse words in the Korean language. So, even with her cursing, Shin Min Ah chooses the graceful way out!
