The concert — which took place as part of Ye’s global listening party series for his album Vultures, Volume 2 — has been the center of controversy, especially regarding the K-Pop stars who attended.

Despite several other stars attending the same show, Giselle has seemingly been singled out due to her actions after the show.

The controversy surrounding her participation escalated after a post about her attendance went viral on the popular Korean online community Pann, garnering over 68,000 views. Netizens were particularly upset not only because Giselle attended the event but because she openly shared it on her personal Instagram account.

The primary source of criticism seems to stem from Giselle’s refusal to take down the post despite a flood of negative comments. Many fans and netizens expressed their disappointment in the comment section, urging her to remove the photos, but the post remains online.

  • “No awareness at all.”
  • “This will probably go unnoticed because no one seems interested in Giselle.”
  • “When [KISS OF LIFE’s] Natty saw the comments, she immediately took down her Instagram post, but Giselle is too strong-willed.”
  • “Is it because she’s Japanese that a Nazi controversy is no big deal? Going to the concert could be excused since she was invited, but posting about it is a bit much.”
  • “Empty-headed.”
  • “She posted about it because she went to the concert. What else would you expect?”

What are your thoughts? Should Giselle take down the Instagram post, or does it not matter since she attended the concert either way?
