Daughter Of Legendary Actress Exposes Misdiagnosis By Hospital
Choi Jun Hee, the daughter of the late actress Choi Jin Sil, posted a series of Instagram stories exposing the misdiagnosis she received at the hospital.
She revealed that she ended up having artificial joint surgery due to the misdiagnosis and that the pelvic necrosis was not caused due to her dieting but because of her battle with lupus.
Wow, I got burnt out exactly after one year and was just in a daze and slept for 72 hours. I didn’t pick up any calls and blocked all the calls received. My pelvic necrosis is already past stage three. Please understand, as this is why I am mentally struggling.

Please show your anger with me. When I first went to the orthopedic clinic in Shinchon, they took an X-ray and told me it was inflammation. They said that I needed a steroid injection, physical therapy, electric stimulation, and antibiotics.
They also prohibited any exercise. I still had several body profiles left, so I held in tears as I did a slow and safe diet. I was jealous of others who were working out. I could only do my upper body and abs.

But the pain got worse these past few days. I couldn’t go out and was depressed, so I threw my phone and only communicated with Netflix for 78 hours. I went to a famous orthopedic clinic through an acquaintance and took a new X-ray and MRI. They said, ‘Your pelvic necrosis has progressed. You must have been in so much pain, why did you come now?’

When they asked how I was treated at the hospital before, I told them that I took a steroid injection and antibiotics. They said, ‘If you use steroids, the pelvis necrosis will get worse. Wow what kind of hospital…go and get your treatment history. How can this happen.’

When I asked what I should do, they said surgery was only possible if it was stage 4. So I had an artificial joint surgery, and that was the end of it.
