K-Pop’s October Comeback Lineup Is Already A War Zone
October is shaping up to be an intense month for K-Pop fans as multiple groups have confirmed their comebacks, with some highly anticipated returns on the horizon. With companies rushing to make announcements, it looks like the month will be packed with new releases and plenty of excitement.
1. SEVENTEEN
First on the list is SEVENTEEN, who are preparing to release their 12th mini album. PLEDIS Entertainment made the announcement via Weverse since early August, revealing that the new tracks will also be part of their upcoming SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR.
2. ITZY
ITZY are also preparing for their return to the stage, which has been confirmed by JYP Entertainment. This comeback will be especially meaningful as it marks Lia’s return to the group after her nearly year-long hiatus. ITZY’s last release was Born to Be in early 2024, whereas their last with Lia was Kill My Doubt in July 2023, and fans are excited for their first full-group comeback since then.
3. KISS OF LIFE
KISS OF LIFE is another group making a return, with their new album expected to drop in mid-October. This will follow their digital single “Sticky,” which was released in July and gained plenty of attention. The October comeback will kick off their first world tour, starting in Seoul at the end of the month.
4. STAYC
Meanwhile, STAYC has dropped hints about their October comeback through a teaser video released on September 1. This will be their latest release after dropping their first-ever studio album on July 1. Fans should definitely gear up for an exciting battle of comebacks in October!
Rumored but unconfirmed comebacks include major groups like aespa, TXT, and NCT DREAM, adding even more buzz to what’s shaping up to be a very competitive month. As we wait for even more October announcements, who do you think will come out on top?
