Wonho Celebrates Solo Debut Anniversary With Military Discharge And Comeback Hint

After faithfully serving for one year and eight months, Wonho has been discharged.

Wonho enlisted for his mandatory military service as a public service worker on December 5, 2022. Now, on September 4, he has officially been discharged. Wonho is not just celebrating his discharge. Today also marks the 4th anniversary of his solo debut. Wonho made his solo debut on September 4, 2020, with part 1 of his first mini album, Love Synonym #1 : Right for Me.

His company, Highline Entertainment, released a statement on his behalf, expressing his thoughts about his discharge. He is excited to return and resume his idol activities.

The time I couldn’t see WENEEs felt especially long. Even while working hard every day, I never forgot about WENEEs.

I will work hard to give WENEEs a lot of content, as much as WENEEs have waited so long for me, and repay them with a better version of myself. I missed them a lot, and I thank them for being by my side. Let’s make great memories together.

Wonho didn’t waste time and quickly met with fans. He then held a special 47-minute live broadcast via YouTube to celebrate his fourth solo debut anniversary with WENEEs.

Afterward, Wonho also shared photos of himself via X (formerly Twitter). He looked as handsome as ever!
