BTS‘s Suga has been served a summary indictment by prosecutors.
On September 10. Seoul’s Western District Prosecution Office revealed they had served a summary indictment. A summary indictment is regarded as less serious than a formal indictment.
According to Dispatch, a summary indictment will forego the need for a formal trial and will most likely result in a fine. The exact amount has not been revealed.
