Grandfather’s Transformation Into A Male Idol Goes Insanely Viral
An elderly man’s jaw-dropping transformation into a 20-something heartthrob has left netizens in disbelief.
A Chinese makeup artist, @sakuralusi on TikTok, worked her magic to give her grandfather an entirely different look. In the video, which has racked up 29.1 million views on TikTok alone, @sakuralusi used a combination of face tape and makeup to change the shape of her grandpa’s nose and face.
She also enlarged and extended his eyes by adding contacts, lashes, strategic eyeliner, and she altered his brow shape. These techniques are commonly applied by cosplayers to dress up as characters from webtoons or anime.
The end results are nothing short of mind-boggling!
@sakuralusi’s transformation is so incredible that some netizens are convinced that her grandfather’s before and after are two different people. (Who can blame them?)
Though @sakuralusi didn’t intentionally turn her grandfather into ZEROBASEONE member Ricky, netizens made the comparison, and it’s not hard to see why!
