The concert — which is part of the girl group’s ongoing world tour — saw aespa performing some of their biggest hits, including “Next Level,” “Savage,” and “Supernova,” much to the excitement of the crowd.

However, the festive atmosphere was briefly interrupted when fans witnessed a man leaping from his seat and rushing toward the stage just as aespa members were about to begin their performance. Multiple fan-captured videos from different angles show the man making his way towards the stage, coming dangerously close to the top of the stairs before security swiftly intervened.

The security team, seemingly comprising three bodyguards and one venue security staff, acted quickly and managed to apprehend the man before he could make it onto the stage. He was then forcibly removed from the venue, ensuring the safety of the members and allowing the show to continue.

Though the incident passed, it has raised concerns among fans, many of whom are calling for increased security at future concerts to protect the members. Fans have also urged fellow concertgoers to act responsibly, emphasizing the need to prioritize everyone’s safety so both performers and attendees can fully enjoy the experience.

Despite the disruption, the concert continued successfully, with aespa even teasing their upcoming 5th mini-album Whiplash, set to release on October 21. Fans were treated to exclusive hints about the comeback, adding to the excitement as the group prepares to follow up the success of their hit track “Supernova.”
