The BLACKPINK‘s Rosé “Curse” is going viral.
There’s a running “joke” within the BLACKPINK fandom that whenever Rosé takes a photo with a celebrity, they happen to break up with their significant other.
A popular podcast recently did a TikTok about the so-called “Rosé Curse.”
It was explained that Rosé had lyrics saying “I’ll put a curse on her and you” from the idol’s song “GONE.”
The host then listed the number of celebrities that Rosé took photos with who ended up having breakups, including Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn…
Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik…
Florence Pugh and Zach Graff…
And Kendall Jenner and Devin Booker.
When the video was posted, it immediately gained attention.

In the comments, BLINKs quickly came to defend Rosé, explaining that it’s meant to be an inside joke among fans and that the podcast hosts were taking the coincidences a bit too seriously.
It seems like as the BLACKPINK members get more known, inside jokes become mainstream.
