WAKEONE Belatedly Admits To Losing Custom-Made Gift For ZEROBASEONE’s Ricky
Previously, it was revealed that the custom-made gifts sent to ZEROBASEONE’s Ricky had been misplaced.
RICKY JP and the China Mic Team worked together to prepare in-ear monitors and a handheld microphone for RIcky.
RICKY JP sent an email to the group’s agency, WAKEONE, regarding the delivery and received a response to deliver the gift by September 2.
On September 2, they delivered the gift to the agency and received a message from a staff member that they had received the gift.
However, during a video call with Ricky on September 7, it was revealed that he had not received the gift.
With this, RICKY JP sent an email regarding the gift and did not receive any response from the agency. Even after sending all the screenshots and information, there was still no reply.
Most recently, on September 26, RICKY JP revealed that WAKEONE had admitted that they had lost the gift.
“On September 26, we received an email from WAKEONE saying they officially admitted losing the custom-made in-ear monitor made for Ricky.
We are discussing the next steps with our legal team and will update you on the matter. Thank you for your interest and support.”
Korean netizens were appalled at the way the agency was handling things.
