Popular Idol Actress’s Absence From Former Group Member’s Wedding Seemingly Confirms Rumors Of In-Fighting
Former Secret member Sunhwa was absent at Jieun‘s wedding.
On October 9, former Secret member Jieun got married to Park Whi. The ceremony was a star-studded event, with stars such as Jeon Hyun Moo, Lee Soon Yi, and Rainbow‘s Jisook, Noeul and Jung Eunhye making an appearance. Also in attendance were her former Secret members Jun Hyosung and Jung Hana.
Glaringly missing, however, was Han Sunhwa. The now-popular actress, on the same day of Jieun’s wedding, uploaded a photo of herself drinking with acquaintances.
Korean news outlets reported that Sunhwa’s absence seemingly confirmed long-standing rumors claiming that Secret was hampered by group in-fighting. Recently, Sunhwa was also absent at Secret’s 14-year anniversary ceremony, further fueling rumors.
Meanwhile, Song Jieun publicly announced her relationship with Park Hwi in December 2023. Park Whi is a popular YouTuber who documents his journey after being paralyzed from a fall in 2014. You can watch the couple together in the link below.
