BTS’s Jin Tells ARMYs Not To Promote His Comeback But Asks Them To Listen To Another Artist
BTS‘s Jin held an unexpected birthday live broadcast for Jimin whose birthday is on October 13… three days early. It was also at 5 AM.

Jin revealed his true intentions later in the broadcast. It was actually to promote “Super Tuna 2,” the extended version of Jin’s viral hit “Super Tuna.” So, Jimin’s birthday was just used as clickbait!

It was true Jin fashion and was reminiscent of how Jin revealed the original “Super Tuna.”

Jin even gave ARMYs a sneak peek, “leaking” the music video. He showed us a screen so bright it was difficult to make out exactly what we were seeing.

Despite exposing his music video and promoting the comeback via the fake birthday live broadcast, Jin said he doesn’t want ARMYs to promote it. He claimed there is no challenge for the song and asked ARMYs not to make one since it’s a bit “embarrassing.”
ARMYs are having flashbacks to the original release of “Super Tuna.” Jin had a similar request then, and ARMYs made it a viral hit anyway.

On the other hand, Jin is promoting another artist’s comeback. After the live broadcast, Jin shared a post via Wevese, asking ARMYs to support Coldplay‘s comeback. Coldplay previously collaborated with BTS on “My Universe” and Jin’s “The Astronaut.”

Coldplay’s tenth studio album, Moon Music, was released on October 4, 2024, and Jin’s “Super Tuna” will be released on October 11 at 1 PM KST.
