Hwasa debuted 10 years ago with MAMAMOO at age 20.

In the Korean age system, Hwasa is 30 years old. She discussed her positive mindset related to aging.

Instead of feeling anxiety, she looks hopefully to the future, wondering how much better she will be in the new decade.

She has a mindset focused on growth.

Since my early 20s, there was a lot of anger in my eyes. I couldn’t be satisfied with my performances. My performances didn’t show experience because I was young.

But as time went by, I could feel I was getting better. It doesn’t mean I was satisfied, but more like, ‘I’m going in the direction I wanted to go.’

She’s moving in the right direction and becoming a better version of herself.

When thinking of being in her 30s, she feels excited wondering how much better she will be.

However, others around her mad jokes about her charm and allure disappearing. “Even if you want to say it jokingly, I don’t think you should,” she says.

Hwasa’s advice can be used for people of any age and allow fans to have a positive outlook for the future.
