On October 20, TWICE held their anniversary fan meeting, celebrating the ninth year since their debut. The fan meeting, titled 2024 TWICE FANMEETING: HOME 9ROUND, featured all nine members performing and celebrating with fans.

The event went off without a hitch and even featured an unexpected kiss.

Following the event, Jeongyeon sent a message to fans on the Dear. U Bubble platform, thanking them for their support. She got very honest at one point, mentioning that there were times that she “was upset with ONCE” and that she was sure the reverse was also true.

“We successfully finished our 9th anniversary fan meeting without any injuries!! Let me say a few things here that I couldn’t say then!!!
Thank you so much for supporting, cherishing, and loving all 9 of us over these 9 years. There can’t always be only happy moments, but the time spent with ONCE has been so precious and happy that it made me forget the tough times! I truly mean it. Sometimes, I’ve been upset with ONCE and have felt hurt, too. I’m sure ONCE has felt that way towards us at least once, right? haha
But I think all of that has made us closer and more meaningful, so I like it!! I’ll do my best so that you can remain ONCE forever, so please keep watching over us.”
