ILLIT’s CEO Speaks Out Against NewJeans Plagiarism Accusations At Audit

They attended a recent audit.

ILLIT‘s CEO has directly spoken about the plagiarism accusations between NewJeans and ILLIT. On October 24, 2024, Kim Tae Ho, the CEO of Belift Lab, appeared as a witness at the National Assembly audit held by the Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee.

They declared, “Speaking as Belift Lab’s CEO, a civil and criminal lawsuit has been filed against Min Hee Jin, the former CEO of ADOR.” They are currently waiting for the judgement of the judiciary. They claim that they will use documents and proof to prove that the plagiarism is not true, through the court. They also claimed that “as many people are already tired out by all these things that happen this year, efforts will be made so that such things are not repeated.” Kim also apologized for having worn out everyone, including fans and the civilians due to this matter.

In the meantime, ILLIT recently released their new song, “Cherish (My Love).” You can take a listen below.
