DAWN’s Unrecognizable, Drastically Changed Appearance Caused Total Confusion
DAWN has never been one to shy away from switching up his look with bold outfits and experimental makeup. But even his own fans failed to recognize him after his most extreme “transformation” to date.
Since leaving CUBE Entertainment, DAWN has embraced his individuality more than ever, expressing his true self through his fashion, music, and performances.
He frequently leans into an edgy, punk aesthetic that sets him apart from many other K-Pop artists, and he tries something new for each comeback.
Even though fans have come to expect the unexpected from this creative artist, this sudden change in appearance took many by surprise.

Who is that? Not DAWN, according to these fans, who joked that this was “DAWN from Temu” or DAWN drawn from memory. At the time, some fans questioned whether or not this DAWN was actually an AI-generated image.
It turns out they were right. The DAWN in that picture and these ones, posted a month later, is actually a virtual idol created by @edanmaverick on Instagram. DAWN clarified the situation with this caption: “Virtual human @edanmaverick with ihorn.”
Even so, some fans were still confused by this very realistic virtual idol.
