NewJeans Danielle‘s older sister, Olivia Marsh, will soon be performing with Yuewen Music Festival on December 28, 2024. This will mark her very first tour overseas. The festival will cover Singapore, China, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, and South Korea. Global stars such as Afrojack, ITZY, Daesung, Red Velvet‘s Irene and Seulgi, KISS OF LIFE, and more will also be a part of the line up.
Although the news was a happy and positive one, a particular journalist from 10Asia had gone with the provocative title, “NewJeans is in turmoil but Danielle’s sister will be setting out for an event in Singapore.”
Netizens noticed that the article was written by Choi Ji Ye, who has been known to write negative articles about NewJeans and Min Hee Jin. They called HYBE out for dragging Olivia into their feud with mediaplay.
