HYBE Confirms LE SSERAFIM Lip-Syncs Performances
New documents from HYBE seemingly confirm that LE SSERAFIM have lip-synced past performances.
Over the last few weeks, internal documents from HYBE have made their way online, with the last instance seemingly being leaked by an employee. The company discusses many of its own idols, including LE SSERAFIM.
LE SSERAFIM’s performances have been a topic of discussion since their debut, and their live singing skills have been targeted over the last year following an encore performance.

In the latest documents, HYBE discusses criticism the group received for alleged lip-syncing at different awards shows, including the 2023 Asia Artist Awards.
The document seems to confirm that they did lip-sync, and discusses the “disadvantages” to it.
As for their stages, after the challenging MAMA conditions, the composition is becoming clearer, and reactions have been improving. However, there are still some disadvantages regarding the lip-syncing issue, which has drawn criticism, even at AAA, for not performing live.
