When we fall into the rabbit hole and enter a new K-Pop fandom, we often look to YouTube compilation videos and KProfiles for a quick introduction.
While much of the information listed on idols’ profile pages is fun but factual trivial facts, based on interviews, live broadcasts, etc., it’s not always correct, as it’s usually fan-edited, much like Wikipedia.
In a recent live broadcast, UNIS‘s Gehlee revealed she had discovered misinformation about herself listed online. The Filipina idol called out KProfiles by name. Someone claimed she prefers hats to tiaras.
