BLACKPINK’s Facial Features Reveal 7 Surprising Personality Traits

Can these beautiful “books” be judged by their covers?

Does the outside hint at what’s on the inside? Australian “people reader” Alan Stevens believes that a person’s face can say a lot about their true personality. According to Stevens’ criteria, here’s what seven facial features reveal about BLACKPINK‘s JisooJennieRosé, and Lisa.

1. Confidence

People whose faces are less than 60% as wide as they are long are cautious by nature, while those whose faces are at least 70% as wide as they are long are said to be more naturally confident than their counterparts.

Jisoo

Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa also have slightly wider faces, meaning they have plenty of natural confidence. That’s not to say that Jennie isn’t confident too. But as someone with a slender face, she could be more likely to be cautious about making choices.

2. Friendliness

According to Stevens, friendliness is determined by the distance from the top of the eye to the eyebrow compared to the height of the eye. People with lower brows tend to have less of a strong need for personal space than those with higher brows.

As someone with lower brows, Jisoo doesn’t mind sharing her personal space as much as other people might. Rosé’s fall somewhere in the middle, indicating that she doesn’t mind her loved ones in her personal space, but she also values time alone. Lisa and Jennie, on the other hand, fall on the end of the spectrum that enjoys personal space more than the average person.

3. Tolerance

People with wider-set eyes are indicated to tolerate errors better than those with eyes set closer together.

All four members have expressive, wider-set eyes. This means they aren’t quick to make sudden judgments about people or criticize mistakes.

4. Sense of Humor

According to Stevens, the sense of humor is linked to the philtrum. A longer philtrum points to a good sense of humor. The shorter the philtrum, the less humorous the person.

Rosé

Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa all have philtrums on the longer side meaning, meaning that they can be silly and enjoy a good laugh. Jennie’s is shorter. This doesn’t mean she’s humorless, but it does suggest that she’s someone who knows when to play and when to be serious.

5. Generosity

People with fuller upper lips tend to be more generous with their speech, while people with thinner lips tend to be more precise with their words and actions.

None of BLACKPINK’s members have very thin lips, but Rosé’s and Jisoo’s upper lips are on the thinner side, which means that they might be more straightforward and more subtle when it comes to helping others. As people with fuller upper lips, Lisa and Jennie wear their hearts on their sleeves and overly comfort others with words of encouragement.

6. World View

World View is indicated by the size of the fold on a person’s eyelid. According to Stevens, those with a thicker fold tend to be more analytical, while those with thin or no folds are more decisive.

Jennie, Rosé, and Jisoo have thinner eyelids, which means they’re quick to make decisions. Lisa, on the other hand, might need more time to weigh possibilities before making a choice.

7. Magnetism

BLACKPINK’s members are all charismatic stars with powerful auras. Could their eyes be contributing to that? According to Stevens, people with “deeper-colored” eyes are said to be naturally charismatic and have high levels of magnetism.
