A fan belatedly shared a touching story about BIBI. The story soon went viral on X with over 4 million views.
According to the fan, they had been in middle school when they were given homework about interviewing their role model. They have been fans of BIBI since then and had boldly DMed BIBI, asking her to help out. Little did they know that BIBI would reply.
Early in the semester, we had to interview a role model for our graded work and I didn’t want to do something normal. I thought to myself, let’s interview BIBI, whom I was a fan of. I made that bold decision and sent BIBI unnie a DM. Although she doesn’t read DMs often now, back then, she often communicated with fans through it. I thought she wouldn’t read it as she’s a celebrity, so I kind of sent it half-jokingly, half-sincerely, but she read it! And she agreed. That’s how I came to meet my bias.
