Popular YouTuber Is Facing Horrific Charges Of Repeated Sexual Assault On A Minor, Domestic Abuse, And Animal Abuse
A popular Korean YouTuber is facing a range of horrific accusations. Identified only as “A” so far, the YouTuber has been charged by the police after allegedly assaulting his wife, taking photos of her intimate body parts, and then distributing them.
According to Munhwa, reports indicate that “A” was already under investigation for animal abuse and charges of sexual assault towards a 13-year-old minor while they lived together.
He allegedly had sexual relations with the minor 34 times over a two-year period.
The Jongno Police Station has confirmed that the YouTuber – who currently had over 200,000 subscribers – has been charged with violations of the Sexual Violence Prevention Act for filming and distributing using a camera and domestic violence.
The accusations detail that “A” allegedly assaulted his wife (33 years old) at a lodging facility in the early hours of November 13. He allegedly punched his wife’s face and jaw- causing her injuries to require three weeks of medical treatment.
In August, the YouTuber was reported to the police for allegedly killing his pet dog by kicking it and is under investigation for violating the Animal Protection Act.
On top of that, “A” is on trial for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old minor. He allegedly met the middle schooler as she was one of his viewers, and though he knew her age he lived with her for approximately 2 years, engaging sexually at least 34 times.
Prosecutors have requested a nine-year prison sentence for him.
