BTS’s Jin Makes An Honest And Unexpected Confession About A Future Acting Career
BTS‘s Jin has shared his honest thoughts about a future acting career.
Jin recently appeared on an episode of LeeMujin Service.
During the episode, Jin spoke about how he wanted to be an actor, and that he majored in theater and film at university.
Jin explained that he wanted to act, but his parents wanted him to go to university first.
He was then scouted by BigHit Entertainment and still wanted to be an actor.
Yet, the idol honestly revealed that in the end, he enjoys being an idol so much, adding, “being a singer and an idol is such a lovely and fun job.”
He shocked some fans by saying, “The dreams I once had of becoming an actor are now forgotten.”
When Mujin asked if he wanted to be an actor, Jin explained, “Not at all,” adding that he wanted to be an actor for the experiences he would get.
Jin then added, “But being an idol brought me a lot more experiences, so that dream is forgotten.”
While Jin has seemingly spoken about not acting in the past, his statement and reasoning revealed on Leemujin Service unsurprisingly sparked reactions from fans.
