EPEX Apologizes After Controversial Livestream

EPEX was recently accused of mocking fans on a livestream. They decided to mimic how fans acted when they attended fan events. Fans found the livestream offensive due to the boys’ over-the-top acting.

Following the matter, EPEX issued a handwritten apology through their official fancafe.

Hello. This is EPEX. We apologize sincerely for concering fans with our actions on the YouTube livestream yesterday. Although we had no bad intentions, we are sincerely sorry for not recognizing that our careless actions could have appeared as if we were mocking fans. We will be more careful and cautious in all matters so that the love and support you always send us will not be in vain. We are sincerely sorry.
