Popular Girl Group Shocks With 4th Company Move In Just Over A Year
BB Girls, formerly known as Brave Girls, have once again surprised fans by signing with their fourth agency in just over a year. Now consisting of Minyoung, Eunji, and Yuna, the group has joined GLG Entertainment and is starting another chapter in their journey.
BB Girls’ turbulence began in February 2023 when the group released their farewell single “Goodbye” after news broke about their departure from Brave Entertainment — the company that had managed them since their debut. Initially thought to be disbanding, the group reassured fans that the split was temporary and promised to reunite in the future.
In April 2023, BB Girls signed with Warner Music Korea. In August, they rebranded and released a new single album titled One More Time. However, their stay with Warner was short. In April 2024, Warner Music Korea announced their contracts’ expiration and member Yujeong‘s departure. The remaining trio then established their own label, BB Girls Company, and continued their activities independently.
The latest development came on December 11, 2024, when BB Girls signed an exclusive contract with GLG Entertainment. GLG expressed excitement about supporting the group and promised to help them thrive in various areas, including music and entertainment.
