Popular Rapper Earns Her First-Ever Korean Music Show Win 8 Years After Debut

TWICE recently made their comeback with 14th mini album, Strategy, and its title track of the same name, featuring American rapper and singer Megan Thee Stallion.

Megan Thee Stallion, who released her debut single “Like a Stallion” in 2016, has earned many well-deserved accolades throughout her career, including three Grammy Awards, two Billboard Music Awards, four MTV Video Music Awards, six BET Awards, and five BET Hip Hop Awards to name a few). She has now earned her first-ever Korean music show win. On KBS‘s Music Bank, “Strategy” beat  CRAVITY‘s “Now or Never” and BLACKPINK‘s Rosé and Bruno Mars‘ “APT.”

This marks TWICE’s 122nd music show win but Megan Thee Stallion’s first. She is the second American female rapper to earn a Korean music show win after Latto, who featured on BTS Jungkook‘s “Seven.”
