As previously mentioned, Hyesung had been experiencing panic disorder and mental health challenges. Two weeks after enlisting in the training camp, he was admitted to the Armed Forces Daejeon Hospital for a detailed examination. The results indicated that he was unfit for active duty and required ongoing treatment. Based on the findings and recommendations from the Military Manpower Administration, he will be discharged due to medical reasons.

The update follows earlier reports about Hyesung’s struggles with panic disorder and other mental health challenges. Shortly after enlisting on November 4, the training center determined that Hyesung was unable to continue basic training due to his condition. He was subsequently transferred to the Armed Forces Daejeon Hospital for a thorough medical evaluation.
The examination concluded that Hyesung’s condition made him unfit for active military duty and that he would require further treatment. Following the recommendations of the Military Manpower Administration, it was decided that he would be discharged from his service.
