YouTuber Raises Suspicions About WINNER’s Mino Receiving Special Treatment During Military Service
Amid WINNER Mino’s accusations of military service manipulation, additional suspicions have been raised about whether he received special treatment.
On December 23, Lee Jin Ho from Behind Master’s YouTube posted a video about the suspicions.
“The controversy over Mino’s military service started in May of last year after he showed up to his sister’s wedding in San Francisco with long hair.
Previously, the public service worker regulations had guidelines for the length of hair, but these days, regulations have changed only to require a neat and presentable appearance. However, Mino’s hair cannot be considered neat.”

He also felt that his health issues, including bipolar disorder, panic disorder, and social phobia that were found during his military physical examination could not be found during his appearances on various variety shows before enlistment.
Although he received a grade four military physical examination due to health issues, there didn’t seem to be any problems when he appeared on various shows, which revealed that he had no problem interacting with customers. Due to this, some felt that he had selective panic disorder because of his huge contrast in appearance.

He added that the change in location could also be seen as special treatment.
I focused on the privileges that maybe could not be easily recognized in military service. The first suspicion is the change in work location. The first location was 2.1 km from his home. He then moved to another location, which was about 1 km away.

With this information, Lee Jin Ho felt he received special treatment as it is difficult to reassign locations according to the regulations. He reportedly drove his supercar to work, which was only one bus stop away.
In conclusion, he questioned whether or not this kind of benefit would have been possible for a normal citizen.
Previously, Dispatch reported on Mino for suspicion of manipulating military service.
