Lee Jung Jae’s Treatment By Staff On “The Jennifer Hudson Show” Goes Viral

Netizens found the clip heartwarming!

The Jennifer Hudson Show, hosted by the famous American singer and actress, has gone viral recently for the unique way they greet their guests. Celebrity guests are surprised by what Hudson and her staff call the “Spirit Tunnel.” When the guest prepares to walk out on stage, they walk through a tunnel of staff who sing personalized songs dedicated to the stars to hype them up.

Recently, Korean actor Lee Jung Jae was shocked when he guested on the show to promote Squid Game 2. It wasn’t just due to the staff’s excitement but that they spoke Korean in their hype song, as they greeted him with “์•ˆ๋…•ํ•˜์„ธ์š” (annyeonghaseyo).”

The wholesome clip has gone viral with 24.1M, 50.8M, and 23.6M views on X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and Instagram, respectively. Netizens are commending Jennifer Hudson and her staff for being inclusive and welcoming toward the Korean actor. Speaking in one’s language is especially meaningful; Nelson Mandela said, “If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his own language, that goes to his heart.”ย
