He looked really disappointed.

TXT member Yeonjun recently went viral for his gesture toward a fan who wanted him to sign a pride flag at one of his concerts.

In the clip, Yeonjun was seen greeting fans after a concert when one of the people in the crowd gave him a pride flag to sign.

While the TXT member gladly gave his autograph, the fan informed him that the flag had been signed by almost every audience member sitting in the VIP 1 section.

As the fan offered the flag to Yeonjun, he was more than eager to take it with him. But as the idol looked back at his staff member to check if it was okay, he stated that they were not allowed to take any gifts from fans. Yeonjun looked extremely disheartened and re-emphasized to the fan that he really wanted to take the flag home.

The clip, which originally surfaced in June 2024, when the group was on the American leg of their ACT: PROMISE world tour, recently resurfaced on X (former Twitter), drawing renewed attention to his admirable reaction to the pride flag.

Though times have changed even in a conservative space like the K-Pop industry, it is refreshing to see top idols like Yeonjun be so unabashed in their support for the LGBTQ+ community. Hopefully, the next time, he will get to keep it if a fan offers such a precious gift to him at a concert.
