Dating Show Couple Seemingly Breaks Up, But Netizens Aren’t Convinced

Popular dating show couple Ok Soon and Kyung Soo (both pseudonyms) are rumored to have broken up, but many fans are suspicious of the news.

Ok Soon and Kyung Soo met on the ENA dating show I Am Solo in 2024 and became the final couple, cementing their popularity among viewers. Even after the show, public interest in their dating life was sustained as they quite often posted photos of themselves together on social media. But recently, fans noticed that all of Kyung Soo’s pictures had disappeared from Ok Soon’s social media account, sparking speculations about their breakup. 

In addition to the deleted posts, there were related posts allegedly made by Kyung Soo on a community site that require work verfication that have fueled the breakup rumors. But these claims remain unsubstantiated. 

Despite removing all photos with Kyung Soo except the brand deal ones, she has not deleted the comments mentioning him, which has prompted curiosity. Some I Am Solo fans have speculated that she abruptly removed the posts only to make everyone believe that they have broken up and garner more attention so that she can eventually announce their wedding. Some also believe that she might have taken the photos down to pull more focus toward her daily life on her upcoming appearance on I Am Solo, And After That, Love Continues (translated title of 나는 SOLO, 그 후 사랑은 계속된다).

Meanwhile, Ok Soon used to work as a grade 8 civil servant at a national university but resigned last year. She is currently working as an influencer. Kyung Soo is a media director at a foreign advertising company.
