She also accused his agency (GOLD MEDALIST) of initially covering damage costs of Kim Sae Ron’s DUI accident, only to later demand repayment from the actress in an attempt to extort her.
Amid these allegations, many have turned their attention to the actor’s brand deals, speculating on whether companies will continue their partnerships with him. Recently, eagle-eyed netizens noticed that a commercial Kim Soo Hyun filmed for Jeju Air was no longer available, leading to rumors that the airline had removed the video to distance itself from the controversy.
Although Kim Soo Hyun served as Jeju Air’s promotional model nearly ten years ago, the video’s sudden disappearance raised questions about its timing. However, Jeju Air has now responded to clarify the situation.
On March 12, the airline stated that the video had not been recently removed, dismissing claims that it was deleted due to the current controversy. They explained that Kim Soo Hyun’s commercial — along with other past promotional content from other models — had already been set to private long before the issue gained attention.
