Netizens Demand “Queen Of Tears” Blu-Ray Production To Be Canceled

As the battle continues over the allegations of Kim Soo Hyun dating Kim Sae Ron as a minor, concerns are rising about the tvN K-Drama Queen Of Tears Blu-ray production.
The drama ranked at the top of drama rankings for eight weeks straight, from its premiere to the finale. It also recorded the highest viewership rating of 24.9%, becoming the highest-ranked tvN drama of all time.
The drama also ranked in the top 10 of the 260 IPs owned by Studio Dragon, the production company.
With this popularity, the drama’s fan club opened a Blu-ray promotion site and held a second round of pre-orders for the premium edition Blu-ray. The Blu-ray is known to be sold for ₩297,000 KRW (about $206 USD).
However, due to the controversies surrounding Kim Soo Hyun, many inquiries have asked to cancel their purchases.
With this, Korean netizens agreed that Blu-ray production was not important right now.

Meanwhile, netizens are furious at Kim Soo Hyun’s agency’s change in position in their certified letters to Kim Sae Ron.
