[★BREAKING] NU’EST Dongho’s father dies in sudden accident

NU’EST Dongho’s father suddenly died after a tragic, sudden accident.

Pledis Entertainment announced they were just informed of his passing.

“Dongho’s father passed away due to an accident on July 3rd. As soon as Dongho heard of the news, he went to Jeju. His group members and his agency will pay respects and support him very soon.”

His agency hasn’t confirmed the cause of the accident but people suspect his father’s death might be linked to leukemia as Dongho has pleaded to fans to help in the past. 

“Hello, this is Dongho. I apologize for suddenly bringing bad news. Today at midnight, my father went to the hospital due to an incessant nosebleed, but got confirmed to be diagnosed with leukemia.

So I am urgently in need of a blood donation. I’m sorry to have to bring this request but if there is someone with a blood donation certificate, please write and send it to Seoul Metropolitan Council, Gangnam-gu, Samsung-dong 44-20.

Again, I am sorry for suddenly bringing ill news. Thank you.”

The funeral will be held in Jeju on July 6.

His father had been previously been diagnosed with leukemia.
