INFINITE’s Sungyeol has been working out and his results are stunning.

Sungyeol posted a photo of his progress on Instagram that showed just how defined his arm and back muscles are.

Although he was too shy to show his face and abs in the picture, he proved how committed he was to bulking up.

“Dieted for 8 months! It’s hard to be consistent at it. But no more baby stomach fat hahahaha. I’ll show my face later hehe, sorry.”
