CL and EXO listed as the 30 most anticipated albums of 2015
2NE1 CL’s upcoming American debut album and EXO‘s upcoming album have been chosen as two of the most anticipated albums to be released in 2015.
Fuse TV released the list of “The 30 Most Anticipated Albums of 2015” featuring artists like Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears, Adele, and Kanye West among other international stars, and 2NE1’s CL and EXO have been included in that list.
The baddest female, CL, came in at number 4 with her solo debut album that is to be released in the United States this spring. Fuse TV expressed their excitement for CL’s new album, saying that “she’s got an all-star cast helping her from management (Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande manager Scooter Braun) to producers (she’s been in the studio with Diplo, Skrillex and Blood Diamonds) to friends (designer du jour Jeremy Scott regularly dresses her; she once brought Rita Ora onstage for a performance).”
Fuse TV further complemented CL, saying that “with her powerful combo of rapping and singing, CL could be the fresh new pop star of the year and very well make for the most successful Asian musician…ever?”
Male group EXO placed eight out of 30 on this chart, raising anticipation for their upcoming album. Fuse TV stated, “The boy band broke a record last year as the best-selling K-pop act on Billboard’s year-end charts ever…and all they released was an EP!” They not only raised excitement for the new music to be released, but also the “amazing choreography, hairstyles and fashion they’ll rock too.”
