Chinese entertainer Zhang Yuan has been reported to have signed an exclusive contract with SM C&C, who also houses Jun Hyun Moo, Kang Ho Dong, Kim Byung Man, Shin Dong Yeop, and more.
Zhang Yuan is a cast member on the popular JTBC’s talk show Abormal Summit, which features a panel of non-Korean men who lives in South Korea. The Chinese nationalist has gained a lot of popularity in Korea due to his appearance on the talk show, prompting him to sign with a Korean agency.
The entertainer was quoted saying, “I have signed an agreement with SM Entertainment’s group SM C&C, and have a wide range variety of activities in Korea as well as the Chinese market. I will move forward in Korea and China, and do my best to carry myself well through a variety of activities. I will learn from my seniors in attempts to grow modestly.”
