The Most Covered K-pop Songs of 2018 That Fans Can’t Stop Dancing To
Global K-pop video community, Amazer, has announced the most loved and covered K-pop dances of 2018.
Which songs in 2018 made K-pop fans get up and dance along to the music?
In first place, with the most covers made by fans, was BLACKPINK‘s “DDU-DU DDU-DU”!
With its popular melody and addictive point choreography, “DDU-DU DDU-DU” made fans from the US to Europe to Asia all get on their feet and try the moves for themselves.
“DDU-DU DDU-DU”, upon release of the song, took the top spot on iTunes in 40 countries, and continues to be loved by BLINKs and K-pop fans alike.
In second place was BTS‘s “Idol”!
The Idol Challenge played a big part in this, even getting BTS members themselves to “cover” their own song and participate in the challenge.

In third place was Momoland with their song “BAAM”!
Momoland is known for their catchy title tracks and relatively easy-to-follow choreography. “BAAM” was especially loved in Asia, and had a lot of fans from the Philippines cover the song.
MONSTA X‘s “Shoot Out”, Momoland’s “BBoom BBoom”, TWICE‘s “Dance The Night Away”, Jennie‘s “Solo”, TWICE’s “What is Love?”, BTS’s “Fake Love”, and Red Velvet‘s “Power Up” also all made it to the top 10 most covered K-pop songs of 2018.
