Kai Once Revealed His Ideal Type and It Wasn’t Jennie

Ever since EXO‘s Kai and BLACKPINK‘s Jennie revealed their relationship, fans have been revisiting a particular interview from 2014.

On an episode of Mnet’s EXO 90:2014 which aired in 2014, Kai revealed his ideal type at the time.

On the show, Kai revealed:

“I like women that look like foxes but are cute at the same time.”

And as an example, he brought up Shin Min Ah from SBS’ My Girlfriend Is a Nine-Tailed Fox. 

It appears that this description of Kai’s ideal type is reminding fans of Jennie.

That’s because, in contrast to Jennie’s cute image on variety shows, she has a sexy charm when she performs on stage.

In response to this past clip, fans have been showing passionate responses:

“He probably fell for Jennie at first sight.”

“His ideal type describes Jennie perfectly. It gives me goosebumps.”

It looks like Kai’s preferences haven’t changed much over the years.
