Im Hanbyeol Had Nothing But Praises For EXO’s Baekhyun and Chen
In a recent interview with the Single List, Im Hanbyeol shared his admiration towards EXO‘s Baekhyun and Chen.
“I actually practiced with Baekhyun the day before yesterday. I knew a teacher who is really good at teaching sounds phonetically, so I introduced him to Baekhyun and we took a lesson together.”
Im Hanbyeol added he respect Baekhyun continuing to work hard to polish his skills even though EXO has accomplished so much.
“I think EXO is already at a level where they can take things easy, but it is great to see them always wanting more and continue to study music. I feel pressured to know they think of me so highly.”
He also described how much EXO supported his comeback as a singer and appreciated how much they cared for him.

“I heard they practice with my song. I was a singer before they debut, but I met them as a composer. They were so proud to see my song on the ranking charts after my single was released. I feel grateful for them.”
Im Hanbyeol saw many similarities with Chen and shared his desires to work with Chen as an artist and a producer.
“Chen is interested in the genre that I’m familiar with. He wants to sing ballads. He has many concerns related to music and I can relate to him because I went through the same thing. I also worried about figuring out my unique sound. If I have a chance, I would like to work with Chen as an artist and I also want to produce his music.”
