Reporter Claims YG Is Lying About Seungri’s Prostitute Messages Being Fabricated
BIGBANG‘s Seungri is continually wrapped up in corruption scandals since the happening at his former club, Burning Sun. It’s gotten to a point where he was accused of offering prostitutes as entertainment for high executives and foreign investors.
The accusations came from a reporter, named Kang, who released alleged text messages between Seungri and his colleagues.
After it hit the news, YG Entertainment denied the allegations, claiming that “the reports in question contain fabricated text messages.”
The whole situation became a who-said-what scandal as Reporter Kang stepped up again to reiterate that the original reports are true and that the message have not been fabricated.

There’s no reason for us to fabricate or edit the messages that were released. Besides toning down some of the extreme expressions, we didn’t edit it at all.
We will actively cooperate with the investigation if we are called to do so.”

As both parties deny each other’s statements, the police have launched a full investigation on Seungri and his business relations.
