All of the members of AOA have remained quiet on social media ever since the bullying controversy arose where former member Mina revealed that she had been bullied by Jimin for years.
Hyejeong became the first to update her Instagram, where she marked the end of her recent drama, My Unfamiliar Family.
She uploaded a photo of a small celebration that she had in her van for the end of her filming that was set up by her fans.
She revealed that she felt cautious about updating her social media during this “difficult” time but wanted to thank everyone who supported her during the drama.
I’m a bit cautious to write a message during this difficult time but I wanted to make sure to sincerely thank all of the actors and staff that I met during filming, as well as the Elvis who continue to cheer me on with trust and love.

She also left a message where she vowed to look out for her own health and those around her. She wants to learn from this experience to become a better person to her peers.

Hyejeong and Mina have known each other since they were just trainees preparing to debut with AOA. After 7 years of promoting together, Mina decided to leave the group but recently confessed that she was a victim of bullying even before they debuted.
Mina also recently updated her Instagram with a concerning message about not trusting anyone.

Elvis, I started working hard on filming since the warmer days of March to the recent hotter days for 5 months, and My Unfamiliar Family is finally airing our last episode!
