BTS’s V And Jungkook Brought Back Their Iconic Friendship Handshake
Nothing brings tears of joy to fans’ eyes like true friendship and a trip down memory lane.
Years ago, BTS‘s V and Jungkook invented a handshake that’s as unique as their friendship. It starts as a regular old handshake that turns into a series of interlocking moves that are almost too fast to follow.
Then, it’s time to jump around…
…dance, and end it all with high fives!
V and Jungkook have done many variations of their handshake throughout the years, but it’s been a while since fans have seen any of them.
Needless to say, ARMY was thrilled when the handshake made a 2020 comeback in the behind the scenes video for “Dynamite” MV.
The jumping part of the handshake might have even made it into the “b-side” version! In this clip, V and Jungkook can (barely) be seen jumping around in circles like they do during their handshake.
Soon after the shooting sketch was released, “taekook” became a top trending topic on Twitter. Fans cherish this friendship, and are hoping to see this handshake many more times in the future.
