Here Are 4 Confessions Made By BTS’s V That Will Break Your Heart
While BTS‘s V is currently one of the most popular artists in the world, his journey getting to this point wasn’t an easy one. Throughout the years, V has made some confessions that broke the heart of many ARMY (BTS’s fandom). Here are four confessions made by V that will break your heart.
1. V confessing about being BTS’s “hidden member”
Before BTS debuted, the members would often upload vlogs to talk with their fans. However, V wasn’t seen in these vlogs, as his identity had to be hidden. V was going to be BTS’s “secret weapon“, a hidden member who was going to get revealed at a much later time than the other members. However, V has confessed that this was tough for him, as he wasn’t able to interact with his members.
When all of the members were shooting for their own logs, I was the only one who couldn’t, so I was very sad.

Not only was V sad that he couldn’t interact with the members, but he was also saddened by the fact that he wasn’t able to interact with fans in any way.
When the hyungs were shooting their logs in the studio, I would follow them and shoot my own but I couldn’t upload it.
Shooting alone, I would say, ‘Today is this day of this month in 2013. I did this. This probably won’t get released, right? I’m sad.’

2. V speaking on sasaeng fans
Sasaeng fans are one of the worst things that K-Pop idols have to deal with, as these are “fans” who choose to invade the privacy of their favorite idols. During a live broadcast, V shared that sasaeng fans always follow the members on their flights and wished that they would stop.
I’m speaking for all of us. We now fly private jets but we’d actually love to fly with commercial airlines. But whenever we fly, whether short or long distance, there are people who found out where we sit in advance. They would sit in front of us or right next to us, and it made us a little uncomfortable. Well, honestly, I wish they wouldn’t do it. It scares me. Really.

3. V confessing about getting bullied
During a live broadcast, V shared that he once got invited to one of his “friend’s” birthday party. However, the “friend” purposefully gave V the wrong address.
I didn’t know where to go, so I waited outside for three hours with the gift certificate while trying to figure out where I should go. I went there and gave him the present and I said, ‘It’s time for me to go home now, so I’m going to leave.’ and left. I remember crying so hard as I walked home.

V later found out that this person did this horrible act to him due to jealousy. However, V eventually forgave this person.
It was actually revealed later that he was extremely jealous of me. After some time had passed, he confessed that he was jealous, because I got along so well with our friends. Honestly, it was something that happened in elementary school, and we were still young. He sincerely apologized to me around two years later. We had been awkward for a while because of that incident, but because he apologized sincerely to me, I thanked him.

4. V confessing about getting scammed by a taxi driver
Before his debut with BTS, V once got scammed by a taxi driver. The incident happened when he was traveling to Seoul with his father to sign his contract with Big Hit Entertainment.
When V and his father arrived at the Express Bus Terminal Station in Seoul, they got in a taxi to head to the Big Hit Entertainment building, which was located in Gangnam. The taxi driver ended up charging them 32,800 KRW ($28.18 USD) for the ride when in reality, it should have cost around 10,000 KRW ($8.59 USD). V and his father ended up getting scammed since they didn’t know the streets of Seoul very well. However, V and his father now look at this as a fun memory.
