5+ K-Pop Idols Who Used To Be Scared Of Their Groupmates

First impressions can often be misleading, as there have been plenty of incidents where K-Pop idols were initially scared of a groupmate due to their scary first impression. Here’s a list of 5+ K-Pop idols who used to be scared of one of their groupmates.

1. I.N (Stray Kids)

During a live broadcast, I.N shared that his first impression of Changbin was that he was charismatic.

I.N also shared that he was a bit scared to get close to Changbin due to how intimidating he was.

However, I.N soon found out that Changbin was a funny and outgoing person, and the two were able to get close rather quickly.

2. Mina (TWICE)

During a recent episode of Radio Star, Mina shared that she was a little “scared” of Jihyo when she first saw her.

The reason Mina was “scared” was because she thought that Jihyo looked charismatic and assumed that Jihyo was older than her. Mina also revealed that when she first saw Jihyo, it was from distance.

A problem arose for Mina, as she had to walk past Jihyo to get to where she wanted. However, Mina was so intimidated by Jihyo that she decided to stop walking and waited for Jihyo to pass her!

However, Mina and Jihyo eventually started talking to each other and were able to form a close bond!

3. Lucas (SuperM)

When SuperM took a Friendship Test with Glamour, Lucas shared that he was once scared of Taemin.

Lucas revealed that when he first met Taemin, he was quite intimidated since Taemin never spoke.

However, Lucas’ perception of Taemin changed once they started talking to each, and Taemin opened up to him. Now, Lucas sees Taemin as a bright person.

4. Multiple members of IZ*ONE

IZ*ONE was formed through the show Produce 48, and it seems that a lot of the members were a little scared when they first met Eunbi.

During an episode of IZ*ONE Chu, multiple members stated that they were scared of Eunbi when they first met her.

Chaewon, who is from the same company as Eunbi, shared that even she was scared of Eunbi when they first met.

However, the members eventually saw how sweet of a person Eunbi was, and their opinions changed quickly.

5. Jimin (BTS) 

While Jimin and Jin are close like brothers now, Jimin once shared how Jin “scared” him when he first got to Big Hit Entertainment.

During an episode of Please Take Care of My Refrigerator, Jimin stated that Jin was an intimidating person as soon as they met.

He (Jin) saw me and said that I was going to get fired.
