BLACKPINK’s Lisa Reveals Which Member Mimics Her The Most
The BLACKPINK members often take delight in mimicking Lisa‘s iconic one-liners, but who playfully imitates her the most? In a new interview for Youth With You 3, Lisa revealed all.
While interviewing Lisa to promote her reprised mentor role on Chinese survival show Youth With You, the host revealed the Sina Entertainment team have been watching BLACKPINK’s variety shows—and they noticed something interesting. The other members of the group are often seen mimicking Lisa, but the host wanted to know which member does it the most.
Hilariously, Lisa admitted that almost all the members mimic her. The one who does it the most often, however, is none other than Rosé. However, Lisa did note that Rosé doesn’t imitate her mannerisms or actions. Instead, she mimics Lisa’s phrases. But which one’s her favorite?
Any fan of Lisa will remember one of her most iconic lines. When one trainee wasn’t pulling her weight on Youth With You 2, she apologized to Lisa for her performance. However, Lisa didn’t need her apology. Instead, she told the contestant, “You don’t have to be sorry to me, you have to be sorry to your friends.”
Now, says Lisa, whenever someone says “I’m sorry,” Rose will reply, “Don’t be sorry to me, be sorry to your friends“—just like Lisa did.
Funnily, Rosé isn’t even the first member to imitate Lisa’s “sorry” line. In one of BLACKPINK’s past broadcasts, Jisoo recited the phrase in Korean.
