B.A.P

1. Jongup on January 17, 2011

▶ Translation: “Hello, this is B.A.P’s Jongup. I will show you lots of awesome sides of me from now on. Please look forward to it.”

It has already been over three years since he’s posted this first tweet! Little did he know that he’d reach a whopping 603,000 followers!

2. Yong Guk on August 13, 2011

▶ Translation: “RT @TS_Enter Bang Yong Gook – I Remember (with Beast Yang Yoseob) music video has been released!!! :) ♥ http://youtu.be/Z2ae5qRWPCg”

Yong Guk’s very first tweet was a retweet from his agency’s official account, TS Entertainment! The video in the tweet is his solo song featuring BEAST’s Yoseob!

3. Himchan on August 23, 2011

▶ Translation: “Though there were a lot of things being said and a lot of flaws, the first episode of MTV ‘The Show’ has ended! I think I was shaking because I got nervous as it began airing. Sobs sobs. It’s sad, but next time I will look very cool. Baby!”

Oh, Himchan… you don’t have to worry about looking cool or not. You’re always awesome in the eyes of Baby!

4. Zelo on November 24, 2011

▶ Translation: “Halo! Hello. This is the 3rd and youngest member who was revealed in our digital single album [Never Give Up], Zelo. Twitter START!! It’s finally the beginning YO! Hehe”

This was when B.A.P was still in the making and process of getting ready to debut. So adorable! He was only 15 years old at the time!

5. Dae Hyun on January 15, 2012

▶ Translation: “This is B.A.P’s Daehyun. I have also started Twitter.”

LOL You are so blunt, Dae Hyun! But it’s okay, it was only because you just debuted and weren’t used to Twitter!

6. Young Jae on January 18, 2012

▶ Translation: “Hello!!! This is Youngjae. Thank you. Haha~!”

1. Park Bom on June 16, 2010 (Old account: @harooluvstar)

▶ Translation: “Good morning???~~^^ I just woke up, but lately I’ve been enjoying dark places ㅡㅡ Is that a bad thing?”

Park Bom is so hilarious and cute, you can just tell by the way she types!!! And oh, no, Bommie… we love sleeping in, too!^^

2. Park Bom on October 30, 2011 (New & current account: @haroobomkum)

▶ Translation: “@Jhy0620 This is Bomㅠㅠ Someone hacked my password and profile and changed it allㅠㅠ So that’s why I started a new oneㅠㅠ Sobs”

Oh, my… it looks like Park Bom had been hacked at the time. She even had to tweet one of her close acquaintances that she got a new account!

3. Minzy on January 17, 2011

▶ Translation: “@ljj82ok Ah~~~ I don’t get how to use this at all~ What am I supposed to click on? kekeke I’m not getting used to it yetㅠㅠ It’s hardㅠㅠ”

Hehehe, Minzy was so confused on how to use Twitter. Now she’s one of the most active K-Pop idols in the SNS world!

4. Dara on September 17, 2012

▶ Translation: “@MBLAQCD You fool keke”

Sandara Park’s very first tweet was to her own brother, MBLAQ’s Chundoong (Thunder)! It’s great to see the brother-sisterly love, but… she just called her younger brother a fool! I’m sure she was just playfully joking~

5. CL on October 3, 2014

Welcome to Twitter, CL! Although it’s only been one month since she’s begun Twitter, her entrance into the tweeting universe was sassy, confident, and playful. Nolza!

 

Block B

1. B-Bomb on March 21, 2011

▶ Translation: “@BrandNewKyung Wassup!!”

B-Bomb’s first tweet was a nice little shout out to Kyung, whose account was originally @BrandNewKyung. Love seeing the member interaction!

2. Jaehyo on March 21, 2011

▶ Translation: “Difficult..”

I guess Jaehyo wasn’t having much fun with his first tweet because Twitter was too hard to use. :(

3. Zico on March 22, 2011

▶ Translation: “Start of new choreography heh.”

This tweet must have been posted as the Block B members were getting ready for debut, learning for a new choreography number! How exciting must this moment have been as a fan who was waiting for the group’s debut?

4. Tae Il on April 17, 2011

▶ Translation: “Lee Tae Il starting to tweet!!!”

Look who’s excited to have started Twitter alongside his fellow members? LOL

5. Kyung on June 11, 2012

▶ Translation: “After returning, there have been a lot of people who have waited for me and are happy that we’re back. We, Block B, will make a comeback in the utmost posture possible and will make you guys happy, so please just wait a little bit longer like you have for the past couple of days. We will surprise you and appear in front of you like ta-da.”

As previously mentioned, @BrandNewKyung used to be Park Kyung’s first personal account, however, we were not able to retrieve his first tweet on that profile. At least he was able to return to his fans with this new account!

6. U-Kwon on July 1, 2013

After a short hiatus, most likely from deactivating the account for a while, U-Kwon rejoined the Tweeting community to interact with his loving fans!
