Taeyang Reveals BIGBANG’s 20th Anniversary Plans + Special Events
BIGBANG debuted in 2006 and instantly became a household name. Now they’re a legendary group, with all the members making their own name in the industry.
In 2026, BIGBANG will celebrate their 20th anniversary- a huge deal in an industry that’s still quite new. Most groups don’t last this long and even less (or any at all) are able to comeback to as much excitement as BIGBANG.
Taeyang was recently featured on CNN’s New Year’s Eve special broadcast, proving once again how global and popular BIGBANG really are.

On the broadcast, he revealed that BIGBANG will be holding some special events to celebrate their 20th anniversary. He went on to state how he promises he’ll do his best to do something for all of his fans.

This isn’t the first time BIGBANG has spoken about their 20th anniversary! G-Dragon also mentioned their anniversary, saying he’d love to do something for it.
