Disgraced Actress Accused Of Being Wealthy Man’s Mistress — Allegedly Pregnant With His Child
Controversy-ridden actress Zheng Shuang is facing a new set of allegations.
Zheng Shuang initially made her debut in China in 2009, appearing in a remake of the series Meteor Shower. This led to her first nomination for “Best Actress” at the 25th China TV Golden Eagle Award, the youngest actress to be nominated.
She continued to rise in popularity until 2021, when her career was derailed due to a surrogacy scandal. The actress’s ex-boyfriend exposed that the two had become the parents of two children through surrogates in the United States.
He also alleged that Zheng had abandoned the children after their relationship went sour and was unable to force late term abortions due to legal issues. Surrogacy was also illegal in China, and the legal loopholes were frowned upon.
The same year, she also faced tax evasion allegations and was charged. Since then, the blacklisted actress has laid low, seemingly living in America.
Recently, Zheng was accused of being the mistress of a wealthy man in the US, by the alleged son of the man himself. Zheng allegedly is one of many mistresses and is supposedly pregnant with the man’s child.
The actress has since denied the rumors, saying that she makes her own money and is not pregnant. She posted images to her social media accounts to prove her point, though they were not fully body images.
The actress previously shared that she was facing financial difficulties this year, which only served to fuel these rumors.
